I value authenticity. To me, it’s important that I am as authentic in the room as I ask my clients to be and feel. Therapy can be daunting, so in sessions I share about myself, using humor and validation to connect and normalize what can be a stressful process.
I pull from the inner child theory and teach about attachment needs as well as utilizing mindfulness components. Sessions are individualized to your needs and communication style, since no two clients are alike!
